MailStore User Add-On aggiunge utenti a un'installazione di MailStore Server che hai già. Si usa quando entrano nuovi collaboratori, cambiano i ruoli o un revisore esterno deve accedere all'archivio, senza una nuova installazione.
Ogni licenza copre l'archivio di un utente. Gli utenti in più si acquistano a pacchetti di almeno cinque licenze.
Cosa serve
- Un'installazione esistente: l'add-on estende MailStore Server, non lo sostituisce.
- Update & Support Service attivo: è la condizione per poter acquistare utenti aggiuntivi.
- Scadenza allineata: il contratto di Update & Support Service degli utenti aggiuntivi finisce alla stessa data di quello delle licenze esistenti.
- Stesso livello di assistenza: Standard o Premium, come le licenze che hai già.
Licenza
Come in MailStore Server, la licenza è per utente. La durata residua indica quanto manca alla scadenza del contratto di Update & Support Service delle licenze esistenti, a cui si allinea quella degli utenti aggiunti.
